Raised in an environment of extreme purity, where crystal-clear water and altitude guarantee an incomparable sensory quality. The magnificent surroundings and the nature of the waters ensure high-quality sturgeon farming, providing healthy, safe fish for caviar processing. Tibet Caviar is canned fresh, without undergoing any heat pasteurization, with a recommended consumption window of about 50 days from packaging. Pasteurization extends the product’s shelf life to 5 or 6 months, but at the cost of noticeably diminished quality and texture.
