Ingredients 1 can of Agromar sea urchin caviar 10 herb and olive oil crackers — Lady Joseph 4 pitted dates 30 g (about 2 tbsp) butter Fresh dill (for garnish) Preparation Prepare the ingredients: Take the butter out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature until it’s soft and easy to spread. Carefully drain the liquid from the can of sea urchin caviar to avoid soggy toasts. Slice the dates into thick rounds, making sure each toast has at least two or three slices. Assemble the toasts: Take the crackers and spread a generous layer of butter over them, covering the entire surface to create a creamy base. Place two date slices on the butter, spacing them slightly. Add a generous portion of sea urchin caviar over the dates, trying to distribute it evenly on each cracker.
