Fish Rice Casserole, Just Married
A seafood rice dish with all the flavor of tradition. Our Fish Rice Casserole begins with a slow sofrito, patiently prepared in the casserole, where the squid has first been seared with a touch of olive oil. The result is a deeply nuanced base that blends with the rice to achieve a creamy texture and authentic flavor, just like homemade.
At Just Married, they cook it the traditional way, respecting the timing and the classic recipe, so all you have to do is open it, prepare it in just a few minutes and enjoy. A gastronomic experience that turns any meal into a gourmet feast.
