Appearance:

Aroma:
On the nose, this cava stands out for its elegance and complexity. It offers a first impression of ripe fruit, such as green apple, peach, and citrus, accompanied by soft floral notes. After aeration, subtle bakery aromas appear, the result of bottle aging, adding further complexity with hints of toasted almond and yeast. This aromatic profile reflects the cava’s long aging, usually between 18 and 24 months.
Palate:
On the palate, Alta Alella Laieta is characterized by freshness and balance. It has a smooth entry, with fine, creamy bubbles that caress the palate. The acidity is well integrated, offering a sensation of freshness that remains throughout the tasting. Flavors of white fruit mingle with hints of nuts and a mineral aftertaste reminiscent of the coastal terroir of the Alella region, near the Mediterranean Sea. The finish is long and elegant, with a delicate touch of pleasant bitterness that invites you to keep enjoying it.
