The winery has recovered vines over sixty years old and planted traditional varieties such as Pansa Blanca and Mataró. All this while maintaining its commitment to quality and uniqueness, as certified by the recognition of one of its plots with the most premium category in the cava sector: “Paraje Calificado”. This means it is a unique product, the result of a special, specific place: a vineyard and estate that, due to its location and terroir characteristics, stands apart from the rest.

At the beginning of 2022, the Pujol-Busquets Family received the DO Cava Integral Producer quality seal, which recognizes producers who make their wines 100% on the estate — pressing and vinification — guaranteeing product traceability.

Appearance:
Pale yellow color with golden highlights, bright and clear. The bubbles are fine and persistent, forming a continuous stream in the glass, indicating good aging and a high-quality vinification process.
Nose:
The first aromatic impression is elegant and complex, with a clear presence of white fruit notes such as green apple and pear, along with nuances of fresh citrus (lemon and grapefruit). As the cava opens up, toasted and bakery aromas emerge, revealing its long lees aging, with subtle hints of nuts and a mineral touch that reflects the terroir of the coastal area. This aromatic complexity shows the perfect fusion between fruity freshness and the elegance of aging.
Palate:
On the palate, MIRGIN Exeo is fresh and elegant, with a gentle yet present bubble that gives a creamy, well-integrated sensation. The passage is subtly dry, yet balanced by vibrant acidity that lends great freshness. Flavors of white fruit and citrus mingle with notes of toast and a slight mineral touch, adding complexity that lingers in the aftertaste. Its persistence is remarkable, leaving a clean, refreshing sensation on the finish.
