Brut Sparkling Wine, Macabeo JJ Mateos, Bodega Vega Demara
This white wine is made from Macabeo grapes from the winery’s own vineyards, carefully selected at their optimum point of ripeness and harvested by hand.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16 ºC, thus preserving the aromatic expression of the variety. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks, a process that produces a fine, refreshing bubble while maintaining a young, fruity and balanced character.
Tasting notes
It shows a pale yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose it is very fruity, with hints of white fruit and delicate pastry notes. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with pleasant sweet and fruity flavors, accompanied by small bubbles that bring liveliness and freshness.
Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif wine and to accompany fish dishes, seafood, pasta, rice dishes and white meats. It is also an excellent choice with desserts, especially chocolate, chocolate-covered fruit and pastries.
Recommended serving temperature: 4 ºC – 6 ºC.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place protected from light. Keep upright. Once opened, keep refrigerated and preferably consume within 1–2 days to enjoy its freshness and bubbles.
