100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin, sliced, Señorío de Montanera

Cured loin from 100% Iberian pigs, raised free-range in their dehesas and fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera. Sliced and presented in a tasting format, packaged in a protective atmosphere and ready to enjoy with all the flavor of freshly sliced Iberian pork. Artisan-made, it has a bright red color, intense veining, and light marbling. An intense aroma with subtle hints of paprika and exceptional juiciness. Packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve intact the excellence of its unique organoleptic qualities. This packaging technology lets you enjoy all the flavor, texture, and aromas of pure Iberian pork as if freshly sliced.

Technical details:

Ingredients: 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin (196gr/100gr finished product), salt, paprika, spices and spice extracts, dextrose, preservatives (E-252 and E-250), and antioxidant (E-301).

Special storage conditions: Keep refrigerated below 7ºC.

Directions for use: Remove from refrigeration a few minutes before consumption so the product can temper. Once opened, consume within 5 days.

Marinating the loin: in this stage, the loin is marinated and the necessary spices are added to give it its characteristic flavor.
