Karmage Smoked Creamy Vegan is an innovative organic product made from fermented organic soy drink. Created for those who do not eat cheese by choice or necessity, it offers a smooth, creamy texture similar to Italian ricotta, Spanish requesón or French faisselle, yet with a personality all its own.

Its flavor is lightly smoky and aromatic, thanks to the fresh touch of basil and chives, making it a versatile gourmet plant-based food for the kitchen.

Storage

  • Keep refrigerated between 2 ºC and 6 ºC
  • Once opened, consume within 5 to 7 days
  • Do not freeze, in order to preserve its creamy texture
  • Unopened shelf life: 90 days, always refrigerated. Remove your Semi-Cured from its packaging and keep it in your refrigerator in a food container, dish or its cardboard box. We recommend storing it uncovered (open box) so that it can “breathe” and continue its curing process. In this way, its flavor will intensify over time and it will become drier and drier. In addition, so that its aromas can be released, we recommend taking it out of the refrigerator 5 minutes before tasting.*use your senses to know whether your cheese is still good. Veggie Karma is a young project committed to the artisanal production of organic fermented plant-based cheeses, created in Barcelona with a clear vision of environmental and social impact and responsible consumption.

According to a specialized directory for alternative proteins, it is a company founded in 2018, dedicated to plant-based food products such as vegan cheeses, made with ingredients including almond, cashew, coconut, and lupin.

Owners and team

The company was founded by Julien Malmont and Giovanni, who championed Veggie Karma’s philosophy from the outset, with fermentation as a key element. Both have been behind the project since its beginnings, promoting sustainable, conscious, gourmet production.

VEGGIE KARMA selects top-quality ingredients to create artisanal, vegan, and gluten-free products, free from preservatives, colorings, thickeners, and sugar, while respecting the environment and animals. All Veggie-Karma creations are fermented, raw, and rich in probiotics, minerals, and vitamins. They are certified organic and gluten-free.
