Winemaking: the Moscatel de Grano Menudo grapes come from the El Bosque estate. Harvesting is carried out at night. Ochoa Moscatel is a wine in which the winery always reinvents itself, and each vintage is different. In warmer years, its honeyed, floral aroma and great aromatic potential stand out. In cooler years, however, memories of tropical fruits, white flowers and lively acidity come to the fore. The harvest takes place at dawn; a selection of grapes with slight raisining reaches the winery, where they are pressed without oxygen contact to preserve the aromatic potential of the variety.
Pairing: ideal with desserts, cheeses and foie, or for preparing cocktails.
