On the palate, this caviar creates an explosion of sensations that capture the intensity and aroma of pure acorn-fed ham, together with the sumptuousness provided by the highest-quality extra virgin olive oil.
To make this haute cuisine product, a selection of pieces of 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham from Señorío de Montanera with D.O.P. Dehesa de Extremadura has been used. Thanks to the technology developed by Caviaroli, all its essence can be encapsulated in fine films of arbequina-variety EVOO. In this way, the flavor and essence of the most representative products of the Mediterranean pantry are concentrated in each of these tiny spheres.
This pack includes 2 jars of encapsulated acorn-fed Iberian ham (50 g each), presented in a gift case. Use it to finish or decorate and/or dress a dish, in a similar way to EVOO, to add the flavor of Iberian ham and a touch of smooth richness to soups, creams, salads, fish, seafood, pasta, meats and desserts.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place (between 10º and 20º), preferably hanging. Once cut, it should be consumed immediately or wrapped in waxed paper or cling film to avoid contact with air. In any case, it is advisable to cut only what is going to be consumed. It has an approximate consumption period of 3 months once cut, although it is best consumed within 30 days.
