- Natural smoke flavor, from oak wood. Organic oak is mainly used; occasionally, other woods such as beech or birch are also used in smaller proportions.
Pairing: Its smoky aroma is ideal for finishing all kinds of meats and fish, salad dressings and sauce preparation. The booklet includes pairing suggestions and international recipes, such as prawns with Thai spicy sauce, sea bream with tabbouleh or steak with béarnaise sauce.
