Tasting note: Intense, bright green oil with suspended plankton. It is highly expressive on the nose and palate, with aromas and flavors of the sea, while both also reveal unique and surprising sensations resulting from the union of this marine ingredient with fresh olive juice. This brings green and fruity notes that positively intensify the green seaweed, iodine and shellfish character.
It is very fresh and elegant, with a gentle bitterness and balanced pungency that quickly fades. The mouthfeel is very sweet, in balance with the salty memories of the sea.
