These chili peppers are ideal as an appetizer with a little EVOO and salt.
They are also perfect for preparing the famous “Gildas,” where an olive, a piparra pepper, and an anchovy are skewered together on a toothpick.
They also pair well with spoon dishes such as beans or chickpeas.
Store in a cool place, away from light and heat.
