Rice slow-cooked with fresh baby octopus and natural fish broth, prepared with premium ingredients and no artificial additives.
Preparation technique:
The dish is slowly cooked in a casserole, respecting traditional timings so the rice absorbs all the flavor of the sea. Once received, simply heat the broth, add the rice, and cook for 16 minutes over medium-low heat.
