Their gourmet preserves are the result of selecting the finest live shellfish and a fully artisan production process, in which the shellfish are cooked in water from the Cantabrian Sea before the meat is hand-picked, achieving a fresh, artisan, unique product of the highest quality.
They have an in-house laboratory where they periodically monitor their holding tanks, shellfish meat and select preserves, in addition to carrying out health, quality and traceability controls on all their products.

Pairing: we recommend enjoying it however you like. It can be spread on a cracker or in a sandwich, added to rice, or even used for deluxe croquettes; it is also ideal in fillings, served with fish, and even in scrambled eggs.
