Their gourmet preserves are the result of selecting the finest live shellfish and a fully artisanal production process, in which the shellfish is cooked in water from the Cantabrian Sea before the meat is hand-picked, creating a fresh, handcrafted, unique product of the very highest quality.
They have an in-house laboratory where they periodically monitor their shellfish holding tanks, shellfish meat, and select preserves, in addition to carrying out health, quality, and traceability controls on all their products.

Pairing: we recommend enjoying it however you like. It can be used with sushi, in tapas skewers, in salads, and even with pasta.
