This organic Picual EVOO is defined by an intense green olive fruitiness, with great complexity and harmony between herbaceous notes and fruity nuances. On the nose, aromas of fig tree, olive leaf and tomato plant stand out, accompanied by delicate hints of green banana and subtle aniseed touches.
On the palate it is powerful, structured and elegant. It shows medium bitterness and a slightly more intense peppery finish, perfectly balanced, with a clean aftertaste evoking nuts. Its extremely low acidity (0.2º) guarantees superior quality and exceptional freshness.
