Organic Picual/Cornicabra Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Oro La Senda

This perfect combination is produced in their groves thanks to the natural blend of the Picual and Cornicabra varieties.

An EVOO with a medium green fruitiness. Above all, it evokes olive leaves and tomato plant. On the palate, this EVOO offers gentle bitter and peppery notes that caress the mouth and throat, while remaining beautifully balanced. An EVOO with great personality and plenty of body.

It has a very balanced flavor, with prominent green notes of almond and banana, accompanied by a blend of aromas and flavors reminiscent of fresh fruit, plus a light taste and aroma of aromatic herbs.

It delivers a great sensation of density on the palate, as it is fruity and aromatic while showing medium bitterness and pungency, with a very balanced flavor.

Presented in a 3L PET jug.

The olive trees from which this wonderful olive juice is extracted are centuries old, and it is obtained from organic production using the most sustainable and environmentally respectful method possible.

Today, it is served in more than 25 Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain, proof that this is an EVOO of the highest quality.

Tasting notes:

On tasting, it presents a medium fruitiness on the nose, with vegetable notes and olive leaf, a blend of green aromas and hints of fruit. On the palate, the oil is fluid and sweet on entry. Bitterness and pungency are very well balanced, with an aftertaste of almond and nuts.

Pairing: The ideal companion for enhancing salads, vegetables, sauces, and vinaigrettes when used raw. (perfect for emulsified sauces) It is also completely surprising in desserts and sweets such as brownies.

AOVE ORO LA SENDA began as a family project by the Jaime brothers from La Solana, when they became owners of an organic farming estate. From a very young age, they helped their father with the work involved in olive cultivation. Alfonso Jaime, their father, from a humble family, bought his first olive grove in the early 1990s. That is where it all began. Little by little, alternating his job with work in the fields, he acquired plots of land and always instilled in his four children the best way to work in the olive grove: caring for it and pampering it to the fullest. In 2005, he decided to commit to the quality of his product, converting his plots from conventional to organic farming. The four Jaime brothers work with enthusiasm, courage, honesty, professionalism, and humility to achieve the highest quality in their organic EVOO. A reality with a bright future ahead. With the construction of their own family olive mill, they now have a place to produce their own liquid gold.
