Can Bech

At Can Bech, they believe in things done well, just like Made in Spain Gourmet.

Their origins date back to 1981, when the Bech family opened their restaurant in Fontanilles, a small village on the Costa Brava. One of its most famous dishes was ‘recuit de drap’ with candied figs from Empordà, a dessert very typical of the area.

The figs were so successful that they began preparing them to sell to their customers and nearby shops, and what began as a complementary activity to the restaurant became the start of Can Bech as a premium fruit and vegetable preserves brand, now present in more than 25 countries.
