Their gourmet preserves are the result of selecting the finest live shellfish and a fully artisanal production process, in which the shellfish are cooked in water from the Cantabrian Sea before the meat is extracted by hand, achieving a fresh, handcrafted, unique product of the very highest quality.
They have an in-house laboratory where they regularly monitor their holding tanks, shellfish meat, and select preserves, in addition to carrying out health, quality, and traceability controls on all their products.

Pairing: we recommend enjoying it however you like. It can be spread on a cracker or in a sandwich, added to rice, or even used for deluxe croquettes. It is also ideal in fillings, alongside fish, and even in scrambled eggs, not to mention a salad or a pasta dish… pure luxury.
