Geology and Soil:
The Trepat grape is an indigenous variety, exclusive to northern Spain. The vineyards from which we make TRESOR ROSÉ BRUT are located in Conca de Barberà, the quintessential birthplace of this variety. The TRESOR ROSÉ BRUT vines have an average age of 20 years and are grown in areas ranging from 350 to 600 metres in altitude, on well-drained, south-facing plots with predominantly calcareous soils poor in organic matter.
The planting density of each plot does not exceed 2,500 vines/ ha, and its care follows a code of good practices based on sustainability and respect for the environment. The harvest is carried out by hand and achieves yields below 10,000 kg/ha.
Pairing
At Made in Spain Gourmet we start from the idea that it can be enjoyed at any hour, at any moment, always. On its own or accompanying the unique moments of your life.
Cheerful, captivating, and attractive, TRESOR ROSÉ BRUT is the quintessential aperitif at any time of day... and night. Chocolate, berries, cherries, and creamy desserts are its great companions, as they enhance their flavour alongside TRESOR ROSÉ BRUT. The best celebration begins and ends with the rosé treasure of PERE VENTURA
Also with excellent 100% acorn-fed ham. And as we always say at MadeinSpain, it pairs with whatever you like.
Production:
Pre-fermentation maceration using the saignée method, in which the free-run must and skins macerate for between 12 and 18 hours at a temperature of between 12 and 14 °C, in order to extract its colour and enhance all the aromas of the grape.
Static settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks from 15 to 17 °C.
Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.

Authenticity, a unique territory, rigorous work, the traditional method, and the flavour of the Mediterranean.
Cava is synonymous with excellence, and achieving it requires genuineness. This is guaranteed by the entire production process, which at the same time offers different types of product—according to ageing and sugar content—making Cava one of the most versatile drinks in the world.
To the quality guarantee already provided by the traditional method is added a more demanding classification with the introduction of the Cava de Guarda and Guarda Superior categories. All of this helps to better identify the origin and traceability of each of our little gems and to define more clearly the Cava segments according to their ageing. A unique classification that places D.O. Cava at the forefront of quality sparkling wines made by the traditional method.
To discover its categories is to enter a world of flavours and history… The history that cellar ageing gives to each bottle. The months of ageing determine these categories, from Cava de Guarda (minimum 9 months) to Guarda Superior, with a resting period of more than 18 months (RESERVA), 30 months (GRAN RESERVA), or the highly regarded Cavas de Paraje Calificado, with ageing periods of more than 36 months.
In short, a multitude of options to enjoy—not only the quality of Cava, but also its endless pairing possibilities.
Types of Cava
Versatility is multiplied when we talk about the different types of Cava allowed according to added sugar. Thus, within each category we can also choose according to type. From Brut Nature (no added sugar) to Sweet Cava—ideal for a pleasant after-meal moment—we have endless options including Brut, Extra Brut, Semi-Dry, and Dry. The Gran Reserva and Cava de Paraje categories are only allowed to offer Brut styles (Brut Nature, Extra Brut, and Brut).
