1. Vegan croquettes
You only need to add a small jar of the flour mixes that contain oyster mushrooms, pink oyster mushrooms and button mushrooms—with a spectacular aroma and flavor—to a pan with a little olive oil, salt and 2 cups of water. Add 100 g of cereal flour or another gluten-free flour and stir until the mixture has enough consistency and, above all, doesn't stick. Let it cool if you don't want to burn yourself, or shape the croquettes with spoons. Lightly flour them and fry in very hot extra virgin olive oil.

Here's a summary. In a bowl mix 3 or 4 small jars of our mousse, 4 apples that have been softened in the microwave/oven for a few minutes, flour and agar. Beat all the ingredients and pour into a greased baking pan. Bake for a few minutes until the cake is done.
4. Stuffed zucchini flowers

Or, a version that takes about 5 more minutes. Make a sauce with our flour mixes that cooks super quickly in the pan using the contents of one jar and 1 cup of water, oil and salt. Fill the flowers, lightly flour them and fry.
