Tasting note: This is a transparent oil with a red-orange color. Its organoleptic profile is perfectly matched on the nose and palate, with the surprising natural heat of cayenne on the finish. Toasted, pungent cayenne aromas come to the fore, followed by spices, each clearly identifiable on the aftertaste: garlic, coriander, and caraway, in a balanced combination intensified by the fruity, green aromas of fresh Arbequina olive juice. Its fluidity also stands out, with bitterness and pungency in perfect harmony with the heat provided by this Tunisian blend.
