Veggie Karma is a young project committed to the artisanal production of organic fermented plant-based cheeses, created in Barcelona with a clear vision of environmental and social impact and responsible consumption.
According to a specialized directory for alternative proteins, it is a company founded in 2018, dedicated to plant-based food products such as vegan cheeses, made with ingredients including almond, cashew, coconut, and lupin.
Owners and team
The company was founded by Julien Malmont and Giovanni, who championed Veggie Karma’s philosophy from the outset, with fermentation as a key element. Both have been behind the project since its beginnings, promoting sustainable, conscious, gourmet production.
VEGGIE KARMA selects top-quality ingredients to create artisanal, vegan, and gluten-free products, free from preservatives, colorings, thickeners, and sugar, while respecting the environment and animals. All Veggie-Karma creations are fermented, raw, and rich in probiotics, minerals, and vitamins. They are certified organic and gluten-free.
