The story of our company began back in 2010, with several goals on the table. Above all, to create a product that could reduce and even eliminate dependence on sugar. We knew the challenge was complicated, not because we were the first to try — the market was flooded with artificial sweeteners that barely satisfied the needs of people who, unfortunately, could not enjoy sugar (they could consume it, but only under restrictive measures). Therefore the product we had to create needed to meet many demands that the options at the time could not. First, the decision to create a natural sweetener derived from sugarcane itself, more specifically cane sugar, was a clear declaration of intent: that natural alternatives had a place in the market. But it couldn’t just be medically suitable for people with diabetes; it had to be a product usable for many purposes, not just a replacement for the sugar cube in coffee or tea. It had to be suitable for cooking (making cakes, baking, etc.) and thus expand its use into everyday life. And we achieved it. Sucralín, which began selling exclusively in pharmacies to build credibility through pharmacists, is now a product that can also be found in supermarkets, big-box stores, and health food shops. With the aim of being a universal product for everyone, which we are gradually achieving, one of our greatest satisfactions is that we have become an essential product in the diets of people with diabetes. We have provided them with a product that finally meets their needs for sweetening their dishes and, by extension, their lives. Countless cases and testimonials have moved us with their stories. Smiling again, enjoying parts of their lives that had been reduced or simply eradicated. Not being able to eat anything sweet was a hard decision to accept, but a necessary one. And Sucralín helped them return to enjoying sweets made with our product. Seeing how we have contributed to many lives has meant a lot to us, so we continue innovating to keep offering better products to more people, without restrictions. There are more and more people worldwide living with diabetes, and our commitment is to help them and make their lives easier. And knowing that investment in innovation pays off, over the years we have made many people very happy — especially those who could not sweeten their lives as they wanted — with sugar substitute products that tasted like sugar. We have countless testimonials congratulating us and simply thanking us for giving them alternatives. Also, society’s growing awareness of following a healthier diet has brought us closer to that group, who don’t want to give up sweets but want them with far fewer calories and healthier options. And we will continue this because that is our philosophy: to share our life with people who also need to be helped. Full range of products We offer our own product range: Family Granulated, Granulated for People with Diabetes, Liquid, Tablets and Sachettes (packets). For everyone. The granulated product for people with diabetes has the particularity that it can be consumed without any limit on quantity, whereas the other products, also suitable for everyone, recommend that people with diabetes take up to a maximum of 11 tablespoons per day. Therefore, if we made a more specific product it was so they wouldn’t have to worry about quantities. Nonetheless, 11 tablespoons per day per person is an enormous amount and not advisable. So, ultimately, Sucralín, in a display of sensitivity and transparency, wants everyone to be able to use the product without restrictions. Sucralin, the sugar substitute.
